Terms of Service

Last updated October 9, 2026

ballbonito is software for running soccer leagues and programs. These terms cover using it, whether you run an organization on it or sign up to play.

Using ballbonito

You need an account to register, manage a team, or run an organization. Keep your sign-in to yourself and give accurate details. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Organizations

Each organization (a club, facility, or league operator) runs its own page and its own seasons, leagues, programs, and rules. The organization, not ballbonito, decides who can play, what it costs, and its refund policy. Questions about a league, a team, or a fee go to that organization.

Payments

Payments go to the organization through the payment method it chose, such as its own Stripe account or Square. ballbonito does not hold that money and does not store card numbers. Refunds and disputes are between you and the organization.

Price

ballbonito is free for organizations and players during early access. If that changes, we will tell organizations ahead of time, and nothing will be charged without their agreement.

Acceptable use

Don't use ballbonito to mislead people, collect money under a false name, harass anyone, or break the law. We may suspend an organization or account that does. If an organization's page looks wrong or fraudulent, use the “Report this page” link at the bottom of it.

Your content

What you enter (rosters, schedules, results, announcements) stays yours. You let us store and show it so the service works: for example, publishing a schedule on the organization's public page.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep ballbonito accurate and available, but it is provided as is. We are not liable for lost games, missed payments, or other indirect losses from using it, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. We will change the date at the top when we do. Using ballbonito after an update means you accept it.
